I want to turn my own personal journey of regaining my health into a one stop resource for others to be able to live the best version of their lives possible. I’ve been through so much and I want to share everything I have learned along the way to help others achieve their goals as well.
“You can do anything anyone else can do.” This is something my Grandfather told me all my life. Those words have motivated me and helped me so much over the years and I hope that I can pass that forward and help to motivate others as well.
I’m a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a full time employee and a full time Mom to two beautiful, energetic toddlers. I am 40 years old, a breast cancer survivor and a fitness enthusiast!
I am here to help women achieve their individual health and wellness goals, whatever that may be. I want women to know that it is possible at and after 40, despite the setbacks we face as we age.
I am proof that it is possible and I want to share my journey and knowledge with you!

Believe it or not, training at home can absolutely be as effective as being in a public gym setting. If your like me, and your not comfortable working out in public, thats ok! We just have to modify how we train.

I am an average woman with an average life. I have an unforgiving full time job, a home that always seems to need attention, 2 small children that keep me super busy and thankfully, a loving supportive husband by my side. I have battled health issues like torn bicep tendons, bone spurs in my shoulders, planter fasciitis, cancer, surgically induced menopause, and post-covid respiratory symptoms for quite a few years now. All these things left me feeling hopeless and seriously lacking motivation at one point. I didn’t think I could overcome all of these things. It seemed so heavy and overwhelming. Once I finally decided to kickstart my health journey I had ups and downs, achievements and failures, but I kept showing up and I overcame the fears and the doubts. It wasn’t always easy, but I am living proof that you can overcome whatever challenges you face, and I am here to support you. You don’t have to do this alone and this shouldn’t be scary or expensive. This should be fun and I hope I can do that for you. The key is to stay positive and believe in yourself!
